Opponents of Bolivian President Evo Morales clash with his supporters during political protests in La Paz, Bolivia.

Street clashes broke out on Thursday among supporters and opponents of Bolivia’s government armed with slingshots and dynamite as an opposition leader planned a march to pressure President Evo Morales to resign after disputed elections last month.

Anti-government protesters are calling for the resignation of the president, who is accused of electoral fraud in the elections that took place on 20 October 2019.
