Malta Developers Association president Sandro Chetcuti has denied ever having an office inside Partit Laburista Headquarters. His statement came after Speaker of the House Anġlu Farrugia told the board of inquiry that he would frequently see Chetcuti at the party headquarters before the 2013 election.
