The Times reveals that an internal Labour Party poll showed that Deputy Prime Minister Chris Fearne has the strongest support to become party leader if Joseph Muscat steps down. He is followed by MEP Miriam Dalli and Tourism Minister Konrad Mizzi.

The Times follows the recent case of a robbery on a Sliema kiosk and says that investigators believe it was an inside job. The paper says that thieves knew the precise moment when to carry out the crime and they even locked the safe behind them.
