Child abuse scandal rocks Polish Church

Up to 382 minors were abused by clergy in a Polish Church between 1990 and 2018, according to findings from an investigation, which were presented by the Polish Catholic Church on Thursday.

The news was given by Archbishop Marek Jedraszewski at the news conference in Warsaw who added that this is an especially painful, tragic issue.

The report is part of an investigation into widespread abuse of minors by the clergy in countries such as Chile, the US, Australia, and Ireland.
